Guests are welcome to view our Highland cattle throughout the property. Our cattle live in several pastures and can be seen roaming in their fields year round. For the safety of both our guests and the animals, we kindly ask that visitors enjoy them from outside the fences and do not enter the enclosures.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to arrive, get settled in, and start enjoying your stay. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m., which helps us prepare the space and ensure everything is ready for our next guests.
While we love furry friends of all kinds, pets are not permitted in our lodging accommodations. This helps us keep our spaces clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all of our guests.
Fishing is permitted on a catch and release basis at the Fishing Lake. We kindly encourage responsible fishing practices to help preserve the ecosystem and maintain a healthy, sustainable environment for everyone to enjoy
Guests are welcome to enjoy the designated hiking trails throughout the property. For your safety and to help protect the natural surroundings, we kindly ask that you stay on the marked trails while exploring.
If you encounter any issues or notice the need for repairs during your stay, please notify us immediately at the provided contact number. Our team will promptly address the situation and ensure that your stay is comfortable and hassle-free.
Our cancellation policies vary depending on the timing of the cancellation. If your reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to your stay, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For additional details, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined in your rental agreement.
Each rental includes a supply of firewood to help you enjoy a cozy fire during your stay. If you would like more, additional firewood is conveniently available for purchase on site. For environmental conservation and safety reasons, we kindly ask that guests do not bring outside firewood onto the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the facilities. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment. If smoking is detected inside any facility, a cleaning fee of $500.00 will be applied.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, the possession or discharge of firearms or fireworks is not permitted anywhere on the premises. We strictly enforce this policy and any violation may result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.
